I believe in using a holistic approach in therapy that utilizes strength-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems theory, solution-focused brief therapy, and mindfulness. I am dedicated to helping individuals cope and heal from traumatic experiences, establish healthy relationships, develop effective coping skills, and optimize their ability to both identify and use their own internal resources. In addition to independent therapy, I enjoy facilitating behavioral health trainings for teens, parents and professionals, and have been doing so since 2013.
